March 13, 2014 Psalm 121
Thursday Isaiah 51:1-3
2 Timothy 1:3-7
In the morning when I get up I always
thank the Lord for another day. But on those days when I am burdened with more
than I can handle I always turn to the Lutheran prayer: "Into your hands I
command myself, my body, my soul and all that is mine. Please let your holy
angel be with me, so that the wicked foe may have no power over me"
It always helps me and makes me feel
that I am not alone. It gives me strength to handle the situation.
